[cisco-voip] Semi OT: Ordering 3750s

Yeah, all of the 3750s I've gotten from Disti (ingram, comstor, or
techdata) have a stacking cable in the box. Even if it wasn't specified
on the PO using the configurator tool.

If I order a 3750 from distribution (techdata) does it always come with
the 50CM Stackwise cable in the box? I've always ordered from a tier 1
partner before and the cable was always on the BOM as a separate $0 item
so I'm not quite sure
