[cisco-voip] Issues with 7.1.2a SU1 with web page, corp dir, etc stop working?

Looks like a few possibilities:
 CSCsu78193: DNA causesTomcat to hang with java OutOfMemoryError
 CSCta20132: Continuous start/stop of webapps leads to permgen memory low
 CSCsy70968: Perm Gen memory low after activation/deactivation cycles
