The Cisco IP Telecommunications Users Group (CIPTUG) invites fellow CIPTUG Members and Cisco UC customers to attend “Collaboration in Action”, a series of interactive one day Technology Forums at select cities beginning in October with more cities planned in 2010. The forums - hosted and facilitated by CIPTUG - are geared to the interests of UC customers and focus strictly on UC solutions and supporting applications. 


Who Should Attend? 

The Technology Forums are open to CIPTUG Members, Cisco UC customers and potential customers, and are designed for enterprise telecom professionals interested in: gaining a better understanding of UC and IP, how to optimize their current investments, business benefits and results, and in learning configuration and troubleshooting techniques. Additionally the latest innovations, emerging technologies, complementary applications, and future product directions will be shared by Cisco product experts and CIPTUG Vendor members that are Cisco UC Partners. 


Interact with Unified Communications Industry Experts and Colleagues 

Attendees will have the unique opportunity to participate in interactive discussions with enterprise telecom directors and managers, Cisco and Cisco UC Partners - each reflecting their perspectives and/or experiences related to supporting and implementingcommunications infrastructures, architectures and services.
