[cisco-voip] "For Voice Mail Usage" check box in hunt list configuration

I'm reading the release notes for 4.2(1) and it talks about "several modifications" to address the problem of voice mail calls getting rejected when all voice mail ports are in use.

It says to read another section to get more information about the changes, however, it just highlights the actual fields/parameters, not what the actual changes were and what the behaviour is.

Any clues?

We currently configure our Hunt Pilot with a backup number that people are transferred to when all voice mail ports are in use and I'm wondering what this feature actually does? Trigger a recording?
