[cisco-voip] Service button on cucm

service URL is both an enterprise and device level configuration. not sure if it's device pool level though. point it to a server/file that has an XML file that prints out what you want.

When I press the service button on the phone I get a message about setting up speed dials, how do I get rid of this message ?
