[cisco-voip] Busy Lamp Field

The only thing I can think of is don't use shared lines.

We have several offices that have multiple line buttons on their phones.  The Speed Dial/BLF only works if the person is on their private line.  If they are on a main department line, the light for BLF does not light.  Some secretaries need to know if the person is on their phone, regardless of what line they are on.

Any suggestions?
