[cisco-voip] Non-digit destinations in SIP trunks

Correct--and yes it is available in 6--but as far as I can tell it does 
not handle anything related to the username (the part before the @ sign 
in a SIP URI).  It seems like it's so close but there's no way to 
specify an alpha username.
