[cisco-voip] CDR Retrievals

CUCM 6.1.3 - I have CDR going to two servers and one of them lost connectivity for about 2 weeks. The other server continued to receive CDR and process unfortunately deleting the records. My retention is set for 15 days. When the server was brought online it did not receive any of the old CDRs but picked up on the new ones. Shouldn't  Call Manager start sending CDR to this server as far back as the retention period? Is there any way to retrieve the old CDRs?
