[cisco-voip] uccx 5 - Failed to create CTI Port and Lines on Unified CM

We are trying to create a new call control group and we get this error:

Failed to create CTI Port and Lines on Unified CM

I checked that the number we're trying to use is not conflicting with
any number in CUCM, and it doesn't.

Where can I look to get more info about this error?
