Yes, CUCCX 7.0(1)SR4 is released, but the updated CUCCX compatibility
document (23-Sep-2009) doesn't mention CUCM 7.1(3).

http://cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/cr
s/express_compatibility/matrix/crscomtx.pdf

CUCCX 7.0(1)SR4 only compatible up to CUCM version 7.1(2a).

It would be ReallyNifty(tm) if they could get these releases synched
across products.

yes there is a section but it's easier now, appears to be just like a
phone firmware upgrade! and It figures they also release UCCX
7.0.1SR4... has a bug that we needed the fix but wasn't due til October
(Per a tac case from Wednesday!!!!) so we just did a rollout with a
workaround argghh
