[cisco-voip] Displayed Time on Cisco VoIP Phone Incorrect

I have a small Cisco VoIP infrastructure (Call Manager Express 7.0
running on a C2800 router with a handful of Cisco Phones ranging from
the 7961s, 7941s, and 7975s). There is a single phone (7961) that has a
time problem, which makes it display the clock 5 hours ahead of everyone
else's. We have about 15 other 7961s in the office that do not have
this problem. The 7941s and the 7975s all display the correct time.
They are all running (the 7961s) the same load file (SCCP41.8-3-1S) and
boot load ID (7961G-64-02070631Amd64megRel.bin). Rebooting the phone
does not fix the problem.
Any ideas?
