[cisco-voip] CM 8.0

IIRC there were still problems with 5.0 and to a lesser extent 6.0. Not sure
about 7.0. 4.0 spooked me enough that i'm not gonna chance it.
I heard the same thing from our partner that Voice Noob mentioned re:
dropping UCSS coverage.
