[cisco-voip] Issues installing CUE (AIM-CUE)

I haven't tried it, but according to the release notes you can run 7.0.X and 7.1.X on the AIM-CUE if you have the 1G version.

CUE 7.1 will only run on AIM2 and NME modules.
