[cisco-voip] Hook Flash Code?

Anyone know if there is a *xx or some other Call Manager and/or Unity acceptable equivalent code for programming a hook flash into a dial string.  Know we used to do it years ago on the old Toshiba Strata DK systems but can't remember what the sequence was.
