[cisco-voip] Call Manager Callback Configuration

Jim , a couple of points: 

    • the default-destination command has been (is being?) deprecated although it still works, I believe the suggested method is to use "plar" for FXOs and "direct-inward-dial" on BRIs/PRIs/FXSDIDs. 
    • the alias command is a macro(?) for a dial-peer which only gets activated when a phone with the "to" extension registers with the router. if these phones will actually register, then great, if not, you can use dial-peers with translation patterns (not nearly as efficient/effective)
