ICT still uses h.323.  Overlapping address spaces will be a big 
problem.  You will need a combination of NAT and border controller 
between the networks.  ASA or IOS can fixup the h.323 signaling.  
Alternatively you could look at using a CUBE at each site to force 
traffic through a single point(address).
