[cisco-voip] block outbound caller id NAME

Group,

Does anyone know how to block outbound caller ID name from getting to the
telco when using DMS-100 as my isdn switch-type?

I really don't want to go thru the alerting and display parameters in the
system, but would like an option instead of asking the telco to block the
name from passing.
