wouldn't T11 have the same fixes as T10?

As the person who primarily worked on CSCso87127, I can tell you with 
high confidence that is your issue. upgrade to 12.4(15)T11 and you 
will be alright. There are crashes in (15)T12, so I would avoid on 
gateways. The 224 always has 5510 DSPs.
