Hi Tim - thanks for the reply but it's because were AD integrated that
we can't create users within CM

We're not integrated with AD so I'm not for sure, but couldn't you just
create End-Users in Call Manager?

Hey Guys,

 

I have a customer who wants to populate their Call Manager (V7)
corporate directory with external contacts/numbers.  Seems like a simple
request but the only way I can see to do it is create a Active Directory
user for each contact - something I'm not willing to do for obvious
reasons.

 

Is there a way to have external contacts/numbers in the corporate
directory??
