[cisco-voip] Populate Call Manager Corporate Directory

This would be my favourite option.
I dont like to have users in AD unless they are really users. (Exception of
contact approach)

I've seen ARC solutions actually selling a custom LDAP directory service as
well. It seemed quite nice. I dont know if you can buy it without the
console.
