Either the web interface or the avalanche app, no other way I'm aware of. Became painfully aware of this doing a deployment of about 100 7925's...

As far as I know the usb is just a network adaptor and you use http. I could be unaware of some features though.

I was under the same impression. That there was a desktop app we could use to upload configs to phones. I'm sure my SE told me this was the case as well. We have a few that just arrived, so we'll be finding out soon too.
Can you configure the phone via the HTTP screens reliably?

I’m setting up a bunch of 7925Gs to Callmanager 7.1 and reading the 7925G deployment guide. Been awhile since I did some 7920/21s.
For some reason I thought there was a new 32-bit application for use with USB for configuring these (other than Avalanche SE). I was hoping to export the config and import via USB quickly as opposed to a https web page import/export.
Instead it appears the laptop USB driver enables https to the 7925G (192.168.1.100). Which I guess is cool of your wireless profile isn’t setup.
Tell me if I’m on the wrong track…
