Have you seen the button 'HLog' ? (Hunt Group Logout)
You can add it to an IP Phone, and it logs the DEVICE out of the hunt group temporarily, but leave all normal extensions working.
We were using that instead of DND to shorten customer ring times...

I have 12 - 7942 phones all with Private DN's. The second buttons are just internal numbers that are assigned in a hunt group. If someone walks away we have them press DND. Of course DND is just for the phones, is there a way just to DND the secondary line and not DND the main lines?
