[cisco-voip] Query I can run to report all Unregistered phones via CLI or CCMAdmin

I'm not saying this is the case, but you should keep in mind that SIP
phones don't appear to be unregistered like SCCP phones.  They keep
their DNs up, etc.  If test calls were made then you're ok.
