[cisco-voip] fax passthrough + fax relay on same MGCP gateway (incl 6608)?

Yeah, I figured the 6608 would be the dawg here. 

Why is CFR bad?

I don't think the 6608 will do more than one type at a time. The 
VG248 is stuck with CFR (BAD) or passthrough. This one is pretty 
simple.
