[cisco-voip] UC MGR 8 is now on PUT

I've done that also..... end up with 10 orders of the same thing. or none of
any.  I hate the tool.  but it seems so easy...... can Cisco really have
such a problem with the little things.  <rant> rhetorical question.  they
can't even keep on there DB's in sync </rant>
