[cisco-voip] Swap CUBE licenses

CUBE is just a right to use license not tied to anything on the Router as far as I know so I don’t see why not.

We have multiple ISR routers planned for CUBE functionality. On CUBE will handle a certain amount of sessions, based on the license.
Is it possible to swap the license to another ISR router in case of a hardware failure?
