[cisco-voip] Dialing from Outlook with CallManager 7.1.X TSP or 8.0.2

Given that it has not been TAC supported in like, forever that would be enough reason to for me to stay away from it.

With the various CSF apps out there and the Click to Call widget that's where I would be directing users.
