[cisco-voip] UCSS entitled upgrades for CCM?

I'm meeting with the UC engineer next week. we are going to talk more about
the UCL licensing that to my understanding starts in 8.0 and 7.1.5. So I
would only upgrade to a 7.1.4 or less at least until I find out more about
the UCL structure.
