Cisco Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty 	

• Warranty applies to Cisco Catalyst® Express 500 and Cisco Catalyst 2960, 3560, 3560-E, 3750, 3750-E, 4500, and 4500-E Series Switches. 
• Warranty duration: As long as the original end user continues to own or use the product, provided that fan and power supply warranty is limited to 5 years. 
• In the event of discontinuance of product manufacture, Cisco warranty support is limited to 5 years from the announcement of discontinuance. 
• Hardware replacement: Cisco or its service center will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship a replacement part within 10 working days after receipt of the RMA request. Actual delivery times might vary depending on customer location. 
• Hardware warranty commences from the date of shipment to customer (and in case of resale by a Cisco reseller, not more than 90 days after original shipment by Cisco). 
• Warranty allows guest access only to Cisco.com.

I have heard that it has now changed and there are some gear that is covered for actual life time and not 5 years. 

Can anyone shed some light for me? 

I am looking for a link to cisco or other to say what is now covered.
