[cisco-voip] New to me RTMT Message

If it's not constantly spewing then I'd ignore it.

IPVMS is the service responsible for all of the software media resources on the CUCM server (MOH, ANN, MTP, etc) and it's traces would be the next place to look.

Not seen that one before.  Can anyone define this one a bit?  Or rate the severity?
