[cisco-voip] CUCM 8.0 feature question

Cisco is leaving that function to third party vendors. Cisco has the
ARC Console solution on their price list as a separate item, I can't
remember the product name off the top of my head that Cisco uses for
it though. It would be a separate item with it's own server etc now.
