[cisco-voip] oreka or other Voice recording software

had someone suggest OREKA for VoIP recording.  Works great on the local
network, but if you SSL VPN into the office it does NOT work.

Downloaded Wireshark and it looks like everything coming in is SSL and not
Audio.  I've used both 2.x and 7.x IP communicator with no luck.  any other
ideas?  I've also used different versions of WinPcap.

Other ideas?
