[cisco-voip] Working configuration to generate BRI on router for video equipment?

I've recently posted a working PRI configuration, where I can generate
a PRI on the router which terminates on a H.323 to H.320 gateway.  I'm
going to start doing the same with BRIs; does anyone have a
known-good, working-today configuration I can use as a starting point?
 I'm going to try to generate a quad BRI for some Polycom video
endpoints.
