If you send it via an email account that has an associated CCO ID it should
auto generate a ticket and you can query the status online and then escalate
said ticket.

The correct email for re-homing a license file is licensing at cisco.com right?
Waiting for rehomed licenses for CER (hardware failure needed to move to
different server).. been a few hours now and haven't had a reply from them.
starting to wonder.
