But it will not be that useful and customer are still complaining why we
don't have enough detailed yet easy to understand Audit log.

 

Regarding password change no problem as long as you follow the correct
procedures.

You can use MLA (Multi Level Admin) along with Audit log feature in CUCM
which will help you identify who changed what all settings in CUCM, I
believe this is available in CUCM 7.1.
