[cisco-voip] MOH wav file

Yes, that is the way to do it. One thing that I have noticed is that filenames with spaces in them do not get downloaded, even if you specify it with quotes, no quotes, or an asterisk wildcard, it still doesn't download it. Anyone else experienced that before? Must be a Linux thing.

On a side note, it must be easier for them to program an Upload button than a Download button for the MOH files. :)

Thanks,
Kevin

Yes.

Then do a file get activelog /mohprep/<filename>

You will probably want to grab the .ulaw.wav or alaw.wav depending on where you are in the world. It will then copy the file to an sftp server.

Is it possible to export a Music on Hold wav file that's already in CUCM? I can't seem to find a way to download it.

Thanks,

Tim
