[cisco-voip] what should i see when i have LDAP/AD synch in CUCM v7.1(5b)?

You have to first activate the dirsync service.  Then you have to kick off a sync (in the ldap directory page).

Forgetting to activate the service is the most common error.

In Connection I have to import them. Is there something similar in CUCM? Is the fact that I see no users in the user listing mean something is still not working?
