[cisco-voip] CUCM/CUCXN 8.0.3 is Out and the ISO is Bootable!

I tried the 8.0.2 bootloader on 8.0.2c and it did not work, YMMV.

Do it the harder way, boot the correct image and do an upgrade, it takes a
bit longer, but you know it will be supported.
