[cisco-voip] Setting up one extension to ring on multiple phones

you have a couple options.

1.  Same extension on all phones.

or

2.  use a hunt group set to broadcast would ring all extensions in the group
at the same time.
  set up line group with the extensions(set to broadcast).  Point the Hunt
list to the line group and set the pilot number to the hunt list

There maybe other options but those come to mind.
