No, it's all on paper, AFAIK. You don't even get a new License file if you are going 7.x to 7.1.5

On Call Manager 7.1.5 does anything exciting happen when you upgrade a cluster to CUWL? Looks like you would just get a new DLU file that reflects the CUWL user count and add it in. Does it do anything to existing licence files?
