[cisco-voip] Install CUCM 8.0(2c) in ESXi

I finally got it to install on different hardware. Originally, I was
using a MCS-7815-I2-UC1 which doesn't support a direct CUCM
installation. So I installed ESXi on that box and tried to install
CUCM in VM, but it would always hang after the app install. I don't
really understand why the hardware would make a difference when using
vmware. I wish there would have been some kind of meaningful error so
I didn't have to try 18 (literally) unsuccessful attempts. Win2k3
installs just fine in VM on this MCS.

I successfully installed it now on a Dell 2850.
