Not all USB to serial adapters support the cisco break function (needed if
you need to do password recovery on a router, etc.). I keep one of these in
my bag:

We've been getting the Dell E5500 lately and they have serial ports right on
them.

So if I'm looking for a new laptop, is there any manufacturers that still
have a Com port on them?
Has everyone just resorted to usb to Serial connectors? I've used them but
find them to be somewhat problematic. Which is the best ones out there?
Scott
