[cisco-voip] Totally OT: Laptop

I carry one of these laptops and they are great. I was very surprised
to see that the serial port was still there. These are the Dell
Latitude Business Class notebooks and very "sturdy" in my opinion. The
newer Latitude 6500's do not have serial ports though..
