Does anyone know whether T.38 in CA-Controlled MGCP mode supports SuperG3 tone suppression please?

The excellent T38 configuration guide discusses SG3 suppression, but it only mentions the "mgcp fax-relay sg3-to-g3" command and it doesn't explain whether this would work in CA-Controlled mode.

What happens if you connect a fax to a T.38 MGCP gateway in CA-Controlled (fxr-package) mode and attempt to send at SuperG3 (V.34) speeds prior to IOS 15?
