What version of CUCM are you on to get the CFA to work on an individual line? I have a 9951 I'm playing around with and don't get the option. I am on 7.1.3.

Thanks,

Jobe

Actually, the 89/99XX phones now support setting CFA on non-primary lines. Sort of a bi-product of the new line configuration. No plans to port it back however.

Wow......... You didn't go off on the forwarding secondary line thing. I'm impressed!

DNs need to be forwarded on an individual basis. Non-primary lines can only be forwarded with CCMUser pages - no native forwarding on the phone.
