[cisco-voip] Change contrast for color phone "dimmed"

I bet if you plug in a b+w sidecar into one of those phones, it won't be disabled anymore :)

Did you noticed that this option is dimmed for color phones...I am running 7.1 and 6.1 and the same here user options>>>contrast the option is dimmed...is it a bug or what??
