[cisco-voip] Disable call processing on publisher

For large IP telephony environment I think dedicated Publisher is essential as it maintains DB replication with all subscribers which affects its performance; but how you would disable call processing...it is just you will remove it from CM group no more right?

The publisher is already last in the group but we will install more subscribers soon and would want to remove the publisher then.

Ciscos recomendation is to have a dedicated publisher with no call processing services on larger systems
