[cisco-voip] tacacs+ on IOS v15 behaving differently?

nevermind, looks like IOS 15 defaults with privilege level 15 on the VTYs. had to remove that.

we have ACS v4.2(0) as our TACACS+ server. i've configured an IOS v15 router the same as an IOS v12 router, however, when i log in, it puts me into privilege level 15 not 8 like we want. 

anyone run into this?
