The good part is that you can upgrade for free from 7.0 to 7.1...you
don't need an upgrade license.

I just had a bunch of 6941 phones show up that I need to configure and
get out there.  We're running CUCM 7.0.  Do I need to be on 7.1 in order
for these phones to work?  If that's the case, I'm going to cry.
