Don't know if you're already aware, the speedtest.net company has a paid product that does that kind of stuff.

Anyone hosting a Speed test application on prem?

I have the speedtest.net<http://speedtest.net> mini app running to test speeds, but I would like something like it that also does Jitter , packet loss, and Latency.

I would like to just place it on a webserver here and use it for issues with telecommuters.

Any ideas of a good solution?
